Privacy Policy

Gonzalo Bellino Golf Fitness processes personal information to answer enquiries, deliver in-person and online training services, and provide secure access to the exercise platform. This policy covers the public website, contact forms and training platform.

Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry data: name, email, phone number, message and service of interest.
• Service profile: goals, availability, equipment, language and information needed to prepare or adjust training.
• Health and fitness information: information voluntarily provided about physical condition, injuries, pain, symptoms, readiness, measurements or other relevant background.
• Training activity: assigned programs, completed sessions, perceived effort, ratings, progress and notes submitted through the platform.
• Access and technical data: individual web links, tokens, browser information and approximate location when provided by hosting infrastructure. If the optional installable PWA is enabled for your account and you start its registration, we also process an opaque installation identifier, platform session identifiers and passkey public credential data.

How we use information

• respond to enquiries and assess which service may be appropriate;
• create, deliver and adjust training plans;
• provide coaching, review progress and answer service-related questions;
• operate and protect access to the training platform;
• maintain service, administrative and payment records; and
• improve the website, platform and training experience.

Health-related information is used only when relevant to safe training and service personalisation. Please do not submit information that is not necessary for those purposes.

Payments

Prices and payment methods are agreed directly by email. Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment link, PayPal or another agreed method. This website does not collect or store card, bank-account or payment credentials; the selected bank or payment provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The standard service is available as an online web page and does not require installing an application or registering a passkey. The public website may use the NEXT_LOCALEfunctional cookie to remember language and session storage for campaign parameters during a visit.

Only when the installable PWA is enabled for your account and you voluntarily start its registration may the platform use the HTTP-only pwa_session cookie, local storage for an opaque installation identifier and a passkey linked to the registered device. Starting registration may create these identifiers even if you later dismiss the browser's installation prompt.

We do not use advertising cookies. Audience measurement may be enabled conditionally to understand aggregate website usage. When active, it may use first-party analytics identifiers and will be managed according to applicable notice and consent requirements. Blocking functional cookies or browser storage may prevent language preferences or platform access from working correctly.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to host the website and platform, store service data, send email and process payments. These currently include infrastructure such as Vercel, Supabase and Resend, together with the payment provider agreed with the client. Providers process data only for their service functions and may operate in countries other than yours. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate administrative records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Platform access credentials may remain until the device is deregistered or access is ended. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the rules that apply to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain uses of your information. You may also ask us to close platform access or deregister a device. Requests can be sent to gonzalobellino.coach@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Minors

A minor may use a service or the platform only with the involvement and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian where required. The guardian should handle contracting and privacy communications on the minor's behalf.
