Hi, I'm Gonzalo.
I'm 52 and came to coaching later than most. That makes me demanding of myself: I study more, verify more, and assume nothing. The golfer I work with tends to have a similar profile — over 40, knows the body changes, but refuses to accept that change is only loss. For that golfer, specific training isn't an extra. It's what makes the difference between continuing to improve or starting to decline.
I work with a small number of people at a time because being present in every process matters to me. When something isn't progressing as expected, we adjust. When something hurts, we analyze it before moving forward. I believe in progress that's built on truly understanding where each person starts from.
